We have, for many years provided experienced and cost-effective litigation and litigation support in various areas of intellectual property law. We stand ready to represent our clients as they determine their strategies and options in enforcing their intellectual property whether it be patents, copyrights, or trademarks. 

  We also defend our clients in the event they are charged with infringement of another’s patent, copyright, or trademark, for example. We have litigated intellectual property matters in federal courts in Michigan and out of state, vis a vis pro hac vici admission to out-of-state courts. We have also litigated in various state courts throughout Michigan relative to various intellectual property matters, including trademarks for example.
