Copyrights

Many of our clients have created original works that may be protected under US Copyright law.  Creative works that may be the subject of copyright protection include musical songs and lyrics, literary works, sculptures, photographs, art, and other original creative works.  Although copyrights attach at the point of creation, in order to enforce copyrights in the United States, an owner of an original and creative work(s) must apply for copyright registration of their work(s) before the United States Copyright Office.  At the direction of our clients, we again stand ready to prepare and prosecute copyright applications before the United States Copyright Office.
